Description
In April of 1943, A B-24D Liberator was reported missing in action during a routine bombing run from Libya to Italy. Not the slightest trace of the plane or her crew had ever been found. The mystery of what happened to her, and the ordeal of her crew is one of the most engaging and haunting stories of WW2. On February 27, 1959, British oilmen found the Lady Be Good in the Libyan Desert some 400 miles from Soluch.
